Return Policy

By placing an order, you confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policies.

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We also offer order adjustment service if your order is not yet shipped out. If you want to make any changes to your order, welcome to email us at sales@loveforyouri.com as long as it has not been shipped.

 

30 days to Return

If you aren’t satisfied with the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival.

All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.

Note:

✔ Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges and won't affect the secondary sales.

✔ We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return due to personal subjective reasons.

✔ If the product fails due to our error (e.g., wrong product or damaged product), we shall bear the freight returned by the customer or compensate the customer accordingly. Items must be returned with proof of purchase.                                                                                                                              

✔ All Clearance ITEMS purchased at Love For Youri Store are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

✔ To ensure that your Return is valid and eligible for a refund:

✔ Always process a return in accordance with our Return procedure

✔ Be sure to provide the tracking number as soon as you ship your return

✔ The return requires a processing fee of 20% of the total order amount. 

✔ Due to transportation problems, if you think the return is too troublesome, the goods are damaged when the goods are received, we can bear part of the loss and refund part of the amount.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@loveforyouri.com

2.Resend:

if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item). We are willing to resend the correct product for you.

If the item is defective due to transportation issues (such as damaged items). We can reissue new product for you under the premise that you bear part of the shipping cost
